Fresh Tomato and Corn Salad

Fresh Tomato Corn Salad

Dressing
·       3 T White wine vinegar
·       ¼ C Olive Oil
·       ¼ C basil, chiffonade
·       Kosher salt & pepper

Other:
·       4 C of corn
·       2 C Grape tomatoes
·       8 oz mozzarella, cut into small cubes
·       1 ¼ C basil, chiffonade

Directions:
1.     Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt & pepper
2.    Sauté the corn for a few minutes until they have a char, set aside and let it cool off. 
3.    Mix the tomatoes, corn, basil, mozzarella & corn with the dressing
