Creamed Corn

Ingredients 
·        2 cups of frozen corn
·        ½ C whole milk
·        ¾ C of heavy cream
·        2 T of butter
·        2 T of flour
·        2 T sugar
·        1 tsp of salt
·        ½ tsp pepper
·        ¼ Parmesan cheese

Directions
1.     Roux the butter & flour
2.    Add liquids to thicken 
3.    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes 
4.     Mix the cheese just before serving 

Might add cornmeal next time.
