Popcorn shrimp with Bang-Bang sauce
4 appetizers

Ingredients
·       1 lb. shrimp, 21-30 peeled & deveined
·       Seasoned flour:
o   1 C flour
o   1 T Cajun seasoning
o   2 tsp salt
o   1 tsp pepper
·       Egg Mixture:
o   1 egg
o   3 T milk
o   1 tsp Cajun seasoning
·       1 quart of vegetable oil

Directions
1.     Preheat the fryer to 350°
2.    Pat the shrimp dry
3.    Drop the seasoned flour in a zip lock bag
4.     Shake and remove the shrimp
5.    Dip them in the egg mixture
6.    Put them back in the bag, shake again
7.    Fry for a few minutes

Bang Bang Sauce for shrimp
·       2 T mayonnaise
·       2 T sweet chili sauce
·       1 T sriracha
·       1 lime, juiced
·       1 tsp honey
·       Kosher salt
