pear cored and cut into 12 slices

pancetta (cooked at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes)

4 oz of Goat
Cheese
4.
Honey
5.
Thyme
Whipped
Goat Cheese

1 - 8 oz container of goat cheese

2 T heavy
cream or whole milk
·
1 T olive oil
·
Truffle salt
& pepper
·
1 tsp
champagne vinegar
Directions: Food process until fluffy

Honey drizzle
