Ahi Tuna Bowls
Dressing
- 1/3 C low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
Other:
- 1 lb. ahi tuna, cut into bite-size piece
- 1 C White or brown rice, tossed with ¼ C of Cilantro
- Avocado
- Diced cucumber
- Shredded carrots
- Sliced radishes
- Sriracha mayo
Directions:
- Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes
- Add the diced tuna to the mixture and refrigerate for 15 – 45 minutes
- Assemble the bowls bottom up: Rice, cucumber, carrots, radishes, pickled onions, kimchi, mango salsa
