Crab and Artichoke dip

Crab & Artichoke Dip
2 large appetizer portions

Ingredients 
·       1.5 C of Crab meat
·       1 - 14 oz can of artichoke hearts - sliced 
·       1 C of Mayo
·       1 package of Cream Cheese softened 
·       1 T garlic
·       1 tsp Cayenne proper
·       3/4 C grated Parmesan 
·       1/3 C of Green / Red bell pepper - diced 
·       1/2 C breadcrumbs 

Directions
1.     Preheat oven to 350° 
2.    Mix all ingredients 
3.    Roast for 25 - 30 minutes / until cheese is bubbling 
4.     Serve with pita bread, crostini, tortilla chips, celery, cucumber and carrots
