Stuffed Burgers with Truffle
Aioli
2 Servings
Ingredients
· 1 T Garlic, minced
· 2 T Red wine or beef broth
· 1 T of Worcestershire sauce
· 1 lb. of ground beef
· 2 oz of crumbled blue cheese
· 2 T minced yellow onions
· 1 T Fresh Rosemary minced
· 1/2 T Fresh Thyme minced
· 2 T of breadcrumbs
Other
· 2 Pretzel buns
· Lettuce
· Tomato
· Onion
· Ketchup
· Mustard
· 2 T Truffle aioli
· 2 T Bacon Jam
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients except
the blue cheese together
2. Form a patty and stuff the center
with blue cheese
3. Grill until cooked all the way
through
Truffle Aioli
· 1 T garlic, minced
· 1 large egg yolk
· 2 tsp lemon juice
· ½ tsp Dijon mustard
· ¼ C truffle oil
· 3 T Olive oil
Truffle
Aioli Directions
1. Whisk together lemon juice, yolk
& mustard
2. Mix 2 oils together
3. Slowly add the oil to the yolk
mixture until it thickens
4. Fold in the garlic
