Burgundy mushrooms

Ingredients:
· 4 lb. of white button mushrooms
· 2 sticks of butter
· ½ tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
· 1 qt of burgundy wine (we used
the cheap stuff)
· 2 C water
· 4 Chicken bouillon cubes
· 4 Beef bouillon cubes
· 2 Rosemary springs in full
· 2 Thyme sprigs in full
· 2 T garlic, minced
· 1 tsp of fresh ground black
pepper
· 1 T salt
Directions
1 Wash the mushrooms and add to a
large stock pot
2 Add all the remaining ingredients
to the pot except the salt
3 Boil for 6-8 hours
