Red Cabbage Slaw

Red Cabbage Slaw
Makes 6 cups

Make this at least 6 hours ahead and let it cool in the fridge.

Ingredients
·       ½ C Mayo
·       ½ C Sour Cream
·       2 limes - juiced & rind removed
·       2 garlic cloves minced
·       ½ C Cilantro - chopped
·       ½ head of red cabbage - thinly sliced
·       Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1.     Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl
2.    Toss the red cabbage in with the mixture
3.    Chill & Serve
