Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients

15 Asparagus
spears
·
5 T of cream
cheese - softened
·
5 Slices of
Prosciutto - very thinly sliced
Directions
1.
Preheat the
oven to 450 °
2.
Boil some
water and have an ice bath near by
3.
Boil the
asparagus spears for 90 seconds
4.
Plunge the
spears in the ice bath for a few seconds then dry them off
5.
Take 3 spears
and add 1 T of cream cheese between them
6.
Wrap them
with a slice of prosciutto and place them in a pre-greased oven proof dish
7.
Roast them
for 11-13 minutes depending on the thickness
