Mushroom, Onion & Goat Cheese Flatbread
Ingredients:
1 Naan Flat bread
Olive oil
1/2 Onion - sliced
3 Mushrooms - sliced
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 T truffle oil (or olive oil if you have it)
2 oz Goat Cheese Crumbles (1/2 container)
Balsamic reduction
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°
- Top the Naan with garlic and truffle oil
- Bake the naan for 10 minutes
- Add olive oil to a saute pan, add the onions and cook until they are almost caramelized, add mushrooms until they are cooked, set aside
- Top the naan with the onion and mushroom mixture, then add goat cheese
- Return the naan back to the oven for 6-8 minutes
- Top with a little balsamic drizzle before serving
