Baked Chicken Wings
1/2 C All purpose flour
2 eggs beaten together
1/2 C plain breadcrumbs
10 chicken wings wings
1/2 C Franks hot sauce
1/2 C BBQ sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400
2. Put three dishes next to each other that are deep enough to hold flour, eggs and the bread crumbs separately.
3. Place the chicken wings first, then the flour, eggs then the bread crumbs. Dip the wings in that order and place onto a greased baking sheet. Make sure that they are well covered with the bread crumbs
4. Bake for 25 minutes, flip them then bake for another 25 minutes
5. While they are cooking whisk together the Franks hot sauce & BBQ sauce. You can always change this up. There are a ton of different variations. Jenny doesn't like hot wings so she had BBQ wings (see picture below - yes... Knife & fork!)
6. Remove the wings from the oven and dip them in your sauce of choice. Allow them to cool down & soak in the sauce for a couple of minutes before serving.
Breading Process: Flour, Egg then bread crumbs
The sauce mixture. I love mine smokey, spicy
& sweet.
