Smoked Spare Ribs

Ingredients:
· 4 lb. rack of ribs
· BBQ sauce
· BBQ rub
Directions
1. Remove the membrane
2. 24 hours prior, cover the ribs w/
rub and wrap tightly
3. Set smoker to 180° & remove
ribs from the fridge for 30 min prior to smoking
4. Smoke for 3 hours, meat side up
5. Remove, raise temp to 225°, cover
in BBQ Sauce, tightly wrap in tin foil. You can do this part in the smoker or
oven
6. Roast / smoke for another 2 hours
