Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
·       1 package of large shells
·       1 - 28 oz container of pasta sauce

Stuffing
·       8 oz Italian Sausage - browned
·       2 eggs beaten
·       1 - 32 oz container of ricotta cheese
·       1 lb. Mozzarella - shredded
·       8 oz Parmesan cheese
·       3 T of Basil - chiffonade cut 
·       2 tsp salt
·       1 tsp pepper

Directions
1.     Preheat the oven to 350°
2.    Cook pasta according to the package, set aside 
3.    In a large bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, sausage parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined
4.     In a medium bowl, stir together pasta sauce, mushrooms and reserved mozzarella and Parmesan. Pour over the stuffed shells.
5.    Roast for 45 - 60 minutes
