Baked Mostaccioli

Ingredients
·       1 lb. mild or hot Italian sausage
·       1 T garlic, minced
·       1 lb. Mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked and drained
·       1 jar (25.5 oz) pasta sauce
·       1 Egg
·       1 C Ricotta Cheese
·       2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
·       ½ C shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
1.     Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.    Brown sausage until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
3.    Add garlic for 1 minute, make sure to scrape up the browned bits on the bottom of the pan.
4.     In a large mixing bowl, add sausage, cooked pasta and pasta sauce until well combined.
5.    In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the 3 cheeses, Italian seasoning & egg together.
6.    Spay a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
7.    Layer half of the pasta mixture into the bottom of the baking dish then top with half of the cheese mixture.
8.    Spoon the remaining pasta mixture into the dish to form a second layer then top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
9.    Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
