Smoked Brisket

Ingredients
·       5 lb. Brisket flat
·       Salt / pepper
·       Traeger signature pellets 

Directions: 
1.     Smoke at 225° until internal temp is 175
2.    4 hours to get to 170°
3.    4 hours in double wrapped tin foil 
4.     Remove at 205° and let sit for 30 minutes in a cooler
5.    Slice and serve
