Naan Flat Bread Pizza

Na’an Flatbread
1 small flatbread
Ingredients
·       1 Naan Flat bread
·       Olive oil
·       1/2 Onion - sliced
·       3 Mushrooms - sliced
·       1 tsp of minced garlic
·       1 T truffle oil (or olive oil if you have it)
·       2 oz Goat Cheese Crumbles (1/2 container)
·       Balsamic reduction

Directions
1.     Preheat the oven to 425°
2.    Top the Naan with garlic and truffle oil
3.    Bake the naan for 10 minutes  
4.     Add olive oil to a sauté pan, add the onions and cook until they are almost caramelized, add mushrooms until they are cooked, set aside
5.    Top the naan with the onion and mushroom mixture, then add goat cheese
6.    Return the naan back to the oven for 6-8 minutes 

7.    Top with a little balsamic drizzle before serving
