Insalata Caprese

Ingredients

·       2 tomatoes

·       8 oz Mozzarella cheese

·       ¼ C Basil, chiffonade cut

·       Truffle salt

·       2 T Olive oil

·       2 T Aged Balsamic Vinegar


Directions

1.     Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into ¼” thick pieces

2.    Season with truffle salt

3.    Stack trying to keep them as even as possible

4.     Top with balsamic vinegar & olive oil

5.    Garnish with basil
