Pickled
Red Onions
· 1 Red onion sliced
· ½ C Red Wine Vinegar
· ¼ C White Wine Vinegar
· 1 tsp salt
· 2 tsp sugar
Directions:
1. Boil all the ingredients except
the red onion slices
2. Add in the red onions
3. Remove from heat and let it sit
for 20 minutes
4. Can and refrigerate for up to 2
weeks
