Pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz bottle of Italian dressing
  • 1 box (1 lb) of tri-colored pasta (or similar sized pasta)
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
  • 1 Cucumber - peeled, deseeded and diced
  • 2 Ears is corn - grilled and cut off the Cobb
  • 1 - 10 oz bottle of artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar of small olives
  • 1 green pepper - cut into match sticks
  • 1 brick of mozzarella cut into 1/4” cubes
  • 2 slices of hard salami cut into 1/4” thick slices - cut into 1/4” cubes
  • We have also added banana peppers to the mix

Instructions
  1. Boil the noodles according to the directions on the box, drain and set aside
  2. Add salad dressing to the noodles
  3. Once fully cooled, add remaining selection of ingredients
