Waffle Batter Ingredients
·       2 Eggs - beaten
·       1 ¾ C Milk
·       ½ C Vegetable oil
·       1 T White sugar
·       4 tsp Baking powder
·       ¼ tsp Salt
·       ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
·       2 C flour

Directions: whisk eggs, add wet ingredients then dry ingredients

Fried Chicken Batter Ingredients
·       2 C All-purpose flour
·       1 tsp pepper
·       1 tsp salt
·       ½ tsp chili powder
·       ½ tsp garlic powder
·       ¼ tsp cayenne 

Directions: mix all together

Other Ingredients
·       1 lb. Chicken - used boneless / skinless 
·       1 C buttermilk

Directions
1.     Preheat your Sous Vide to 144 
2.    Salt & Pepper only on the chicken breasts (1 lb.)
3.    Sous Vide for 1 hour
4.     Preheat your canola or vegetable oil to 375
5.    Remove the chicken from the sous vide, cut into tenders, pat dry
6.    Toss them in the fried chicken batter 
7.    Toss them in butter milk
8.    Toss them back in the dry ingredients, repeat as you feel necessary for coating
9.    While your waffles are cooking, add them into the fryer for 4 minutes until they are golden brown
10.  Serve with syrup & powdered sugar
