Grilled Chicken, Brie & Apple Sandwich

Ingredients
· 4 slices of ciabatta bread
· 8 oz Chicken - sous vide, seared
and thinly sliced
· 1/2 Granny smith apple - thinly
sliced (no bigger than the blade of a chef's knife)
· 12 slices of Brie cheese -
1/8" thick
· 1.5 T Maple syrup
· 3 T Stone ground or Dijon mustard
· 2 T butter
Directions
1. Mix the maple syrup & Dijon
2. Spread the butter on the outsides
of the bread
3. Spread the maple / Dijon mixture
on the inside
4. Layer the sandwich: chicken,
brie, apples
5. Cooks as if it were a grilled
cheese
