6 – ½ C sides
Ingredients
· 2 lb mini carrots
· 1 C BBQ seasoning
· ¼ C Kosher salt
· ¼ C toasted pecans
· 2 T fill yogurt sauce
· ½ tsp lemon juice
Directions
1. Boil with 1 C of BBQ seasoning +
1/4 kosher salt.
2. Boil the carrots for 7 min
3. Remove and smoke for 10 min
4. Toss with lemon dill sauce,
pecans then & serve

· ½ C of brown sugar
· ½ C Kosher salt
· 4 T smoked paprika
· 1 T Black pepper
· 1 T Garlic powder
· 1 T Onion powder
· 1 T Cumin
· 1 T Cayenne
· 2 tsp celery salt
Dill
sauce
· 1 C plain yogurt
· 2 T Fresh dill - chopped
· 1 T lemon juice
· ¼ C buttermilk
· Salt to taste
Directions: food process until smooth
