Mahi Mahi with Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa
· 1 C Mango - small dice
· 3 T red onion - finely diced
· 2 limes - juiced
· 1/2 C cucumber - small dice
(seeded and peeled)
· 2 T cilantro - finely diced
· Salt
Blackening Seasoning
· 3 T Smoked Paprika
· 2 tsp garlic powder
· 1 tsp onion powder
· 1 tsp salt
· 1/2 tsp pepper
· 1 tsp dried ground thyme
· 1 tsp dried basil
· 1 tsp dried oregano
· 1/2 tsp garlic powder
· 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 T Butter
Directions:
1. Mix the mango salsa and place in
the fridge
2. Remove the mahi from the fridge
and pat dry
3. Mix the blackening seasoning and
coat all sides of the mahi
4. In a sauté pan, melt the butter
on high heat
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side
