Pasta Sauce

Pasta Sauce
2 ½ - 24 oz containers

Ingredients
·        1 small yellow onion - diced
·        1 T garlic - minced
·        1 - 28 Oz can of crushed tomatoes
·        1 - 14 oz can of tomato paste
·        1 - 14 oz can of tomato sauce
·        ½ C water
·        ¼ C Olive oil

Herb Mixture
·        1 T Fresh basil - chiffonade cut
·        2 T Sugar
·        ½ tsp fennel seed
·        1 tsp Italian seasoning
·        ½ tsp kosher salt
·        ¼ tsp pepper

Directions
1.     Sauté onions in EVOO for 5-7 minutes
2.    Add garlic until it's fragrant for 60 second
3.    Add in herb mixture, bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 90 minutes
