Creamed Corn
Ingredients
2 cups of frozen corn
1/2 C whole milk
3/4 C of heavy cream
2 T of butter
2 T of flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Roux the butter & flour
- Add liquids to thicken
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes
- Mix the cheese just before serving
