Creamed Corn


Ingredients 
2 cups of frozen corn
1/2 C whole milk
3/4 C of heavy cream
2 T of butter
2 T of flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Roux the butter & flour
  2. Add liquids to thicken 
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes 
  4. Mix the cheese just before serving 

Might add cornmeal next time.
