Avocado - Cilantro Sauce

Avocado Cilantro sauce AKA Green Goddess

Ingredients

·       1 Avocado

·       ¾ C of cilantro, rough chop 

·       1 T Mint 

·       1/2 Poblano pepper

·       1 tsp garlic - minced

·       1 Lime - Juiced

·       Salt 

·       Pepper

·       ½ C Olive oil

·       ½ C of smoked almonds

·       ½ C of water

Directions

Food process for 30 second, or until smooth

Grilled veggies with green sauce or Lemon - Basil Vinaigrette
