Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin

Hawaiian Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients
·       1 C Cilantro - rough chop
·       ¼ C Flat leaf parsley - rough chop
·       3 T Oregano - chopped
·       1 T Garlic - minced 
·       ½ C olive oil (coconut oil?)
·       3 T Rice Wine vinegar
·       1 tsp salt
·       ½ tsp Pepper
·       ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes 
·       ½ lemon, juiced 
·       3 T Pineapple chunks - diced

Pork Tenderloin Marinade Ingredients
·       Pork tenderloin
·       ¼ C Pineapple juice
·       ¼ C Soy Sauce
·       ½ C Olive oil
·       3 T sesame oil
·       ½ tsp Salt 
·       ¼ tsp Pepper
·       1 T Garlic - minced 
·       ¼ C Brown sugar

Directions:
1.     Combine marinade ingredients and let it sit in the fridge overnight
2.    Sous Vide the pork in the marinade at 144 for 90 minutes
3.    Mix the chimichurri sauce ingredients and set aside
4.     Remove the pork from the Sous Vide and sear on either the grill or a cast iron skillet

Note: Serve with grilled veggies or rice.
