Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa

Marinade Ingredients
·       6 chicken breasts, thighs or legs
·       3 tbsp Grace Jerk Seasoning
·       2 tbsp ketchup
·       1 tsp chopped garlic
·       1 tsp chopped thyme
·       1 tsp salt
·       1 tsp black pepper
·       2 tbsp soy sauce
·       3 tbsp vegetable oil

Other ingredients
·       Quinoa or rice
·       Mango / Pineapple salsa

Directions
1.     Marinade for 24 hours
2.    Prepare quinoa or rice according to directions
3.    Sous vide & sear, or grill, then plate with rice or quinoa, chicken and salsa.
