Hot chocolate

Hot Chocolate

4 – 10 oz cups

Ingredients

·       2 C heavy cream

·       2 C milk

·       1 tsp sugar

·       8 Oz chocolate chips

·       Vanilla extract

·       Mini marshmallows

Directions

1.     Mix the milk, heavy cream and sugar in a OT over medium heat

2.    Microwave the chocolate chips for 30 seconds, stir, out back in

3.    When simmering, add chocolate to milk

4.     Whisk until combined, add vanilla extract if desired 

5.    Serve with marshmallows
