Steak Compound Butter

Ingredients
·       1 stick of butter - cubed and allowed to soften
·       1 T of thyme - fine chop
·       1 T of Rosemary - fine chop
·       1 tsp of basil - fine chop
·       1 tsp of kosher salt
·       ¼ Lemon Zested and juice 
·       1 T olive oil
·       1 tsp garlic 

Directions
1.     Remove butter from the fridge 2 hours before use to let it soften
2.    In a bowl whisk together thyme, basil, rosemary, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. 
3.    Add the butter to a food processor with the whisk attachment and whisk for a few minutes 
4.     Slowly add the spices into the mixture while you are whisking
5.    Scrape everything out of the food processor onto parchment paper and roll into a log
