Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce - Awesome for steaks
Makes about 1 ½ Cups

Ingredients
·       1 C Cilantro - rough chop
·       ¼ C Flat leaf parsley - rough chop
·       3 T Oregano - chopped
·       1 T Garlic - minced 
·       ½ C olive oil
·       3 T Red Wine vinegar
·       1 tsp salt
·       ½ tsp Pepper
·       ¼ tsp Cumin
·       ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes 
·       ½ lemon, juiced 


Directions: add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you have almost a paste consistency
